Sheraton Grand Chicago Riverwalk Hotel

It is upscale place to stay, the food is amazing, and location is unbeatable close to everything.

The bathrooms are very small.

We stayed in the a double room, walking distance to Grand metro station, just 20 minutes on foot

The hotel is fairly clean and has supper friendly staff.

The hotel was TRADITIONAL, I loved staff and drinks. The property was located adjacent to the Riverwalk and downtown Chicago. Also, a Gothic skyscraper was in close proximity to the hotel.

It was a comfortable experience, I loved location and people. Courtesy from the whole staff.

I would recomand, incredible base for wedding. Excellent service, warm room with good balcony. Boutique style hotel set in the wonderful area.

Perfect little place, outstanding food offered for continental breakfast. It included a nice bed and an functional bathroom. Early check-in and superb customer service.

Location: the hotel was next to the river walk and train station and Navy Pier. Besides, excellent for visiting a standing drawbridge.

That place was FINE including location and staff. Bed was soft, I enjoyed it. That was beautiful hotel set in lovely area. The specialities were hot and served in the great restaurant.

The stay at this lovely hotel was an excellent one. Staff was there super. The room was impressive, the bed was big. An exceptionally nice continental breakfast. It was next to many restaurants, the river walk, Michigan Avenue North side of the river, amazing location overall.

Spectacular location and the food was incredible. Staff was willing to help and made my stay as really comfortable as it could be. Great pool area too. I enjoyed hot beverages at Yolk - Streeterville😃

Beautiful location, great views and caring staff. Location near to Michigan Avenue North side of the river, downtown Chicago. They served fabulous food in the restaurant for breakfast. Classy hotel with admirable service. Moreover, we were able to park on site.

The staff were briliant, the room was well kept, I loved prime location. Got enjoyable breakfasts with cold cereal, eggs. It was an excellent experience in a business hotel.

I booked the tradition king room, the place was fairly clean. The perfect staff there were happy to help. The service was excellent and the food was appetising! Plus, they provided me with a free wifi. The hotel had a very central location. I enjoyed the venue's main bar.

Picture perfect & neat hotel, it was in a perfectly comfortable location, has polite staff. Loved the club for breakfast. The free soft drinks in roof top bar were very welcome.

Wanted to explore Chicago and this hotel was excellent base for doing it. Nice views from the rooms. Enjoyed their on-site restaurant CHI Bar, it was good. Besides, it offers Wi-Fi.

It's good value, with Wi Fi. Traditional hotel, GREAT location, we booked a tradition king room and liked it. Magnificent Mile district deserves to be explored. Heating, a safe and a writing table were provided. Besides, they charge 15 usd per 24 hours for Internet.

The service was great. We liked the pool. Incredible base for a vacation in Chicago.

Great location, helpful staff. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Streeterville Social that was only 15 minutes' walk away. Next door to grant park and other touristic places...

Within minutes of grant park and other local attractions. Magnificent Mile neighborhood was worth exploring:)))
